Description
The Town of Pine Knoll Shores is soliciting sealed proposals for construction of the PKS Access A Reconstruction project in Pine Knoll Shores, North Carolina. Bids will be opened publicly after the submission deadline. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site. Complete plans and specifications may be obtained from Arendell Engineers after September 21, 2026, during normal office hours, with a $50.00 plan deposit.
