Description
The City of Wildwood is soliciting sealed bids for the Green Pines Trail Extension Project, TAP-5500(692). The work includes furnishing all required materials, tools, equipment, and labor to construct the trail improvements and related appurtenances. Bidders must comply with applicable prevailing-wage requirements, Missouri safety-program training requirements, and Missouri Department of Transportation contractor requirements. A bid security in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the base bid is required. Performance and payment and materials bonds are also required. The solicitation states a 0% minimum disadvantaged-business-enterprise goal and zero trainee hours.
