Description
The City of Sioux Falls is seeking a contractor to construct Phase 2 of the 85th Street Northwest Detention Facilities project, part of its Drainage in Developing Areas program. The project is estimated at $1,452,615 and will be funded through CIP No. 11020. The submission requires a signed Proposal Form/Instructions to Bidders, acceptance of the applicable terms and conditions, authorized-signatory information, a completed Construction Bid Table (BT-08PR), and bid security. Bidders must provide either a 10% bid bond as a scanned copy through the electronic portal or a 5% bank draft as a scanned portal copy plus a physical copy delivered to the City's Customer Service Counter by the submission deadline. If awarded, the contractor must provide a certificate of insurance and payment and performance bonds meeting the solicitation requirements.
