Description
The University of Colorado Boulder is seeking an architectural, engineering, or consulting firm to develop, standardize, implement, and maintain campus-wide Division 00 and Division 01 specifications for construction projects. The work includes aligning the specifications with CSI MasterFormat, Office of the State Architect requirements, and CU Boulder Facilities Standards; engaging campus stakeholders; incorporating institutional knowledge and operational requirements; and producing organized, searchable, accessible, and maintainable documents. The selected firm must provide implementation, governance, training, and long-term document-management recommendations, including a one- to two-page implementation recommendation and an abbreviated prior Division 01 specification example of no more than three pages. Respondents must demonstrate at least two relevant completed projects, provide project-team and firm-capability information, describe their approach, and address work location and diversity-related practices. The qualification package is limited to 10 pages excluding specified items and must be submitted electronically as a PDF; shortlisted firms will participate in virtual oral interviews.
