Description
The City of Cartersville is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified design professionals to provide architectural and engineering design services for redevelopment of Cartersville Sports Complex, selected redevelopment of the concession stand at Hicks Park, and a retaining wall at Hicks Park. The scope includes comprehensive professional design services supporting programming, conceptual and schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting, bidding support, construction administration, and project closeout. The project includes baseball fields and spectator facilities, including grandstand seating, a press box, locker rooms, offices, concessions, restrooms, storage, turf and field reconfiguration, and replacement concession facilities. Required disciplines and services include architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, communications, physical and electronic security, audio/visual, acoustics, interior design, furniture and equipment, landscape architecture, irrigation, commissioning coordination, code review, permitting, and quality assurance/quality control. The anticipated construction budget is approximately $4 million to $6 million. The fee proposal must be completed using the provided form and submitted separately from the technical proposal.
