Submission Instructions
Description
The City of Delta is soliciting proposals from designers and architects to develop designs for houseplexes containing three or four principal dwelling units, without accessory dwelling units. The designs are intended for properties designated Small Scale Residential in the Official Community Plan and will help illustrate a range of potential houseplex projects in Delta. The City may select multiple proponents. The opportunity is identified as a Request for Proposal, and Addendum 1 extended the closing deadline and included amendments and responses to supplier questions.
