Description
Grant County, New Mexico, is seeking a qualified behavioral health organization to provide and operate an integrated behavioral health program at the county-owned Tu Casa Facility. The scope includes mental health and substance use disorder services; co-occurring-disorder treatment; assessments; individual, family, and group counseling; psychiatric consultation and medication management; medication-assisted treatment; care coordination and case management; peer and family support; recovery-oriented services; psychiatric rehabilitation; treatment planning; and services for veterans and other high-need populations. Services may be delivered in person at the facility, through telehealth, in community locations, or through approved partners. The contractor will provide qualified clinical and administrative personnel, service coordination, documentation, reporting, and related program operations. Proposals must describe the organization's experience and qualifications, at least three similar-service references, service delivery and clinical capacity, substance use and co-occurring-services approach, access and community partnerships, use of the Tu Casa Facility, anticipated service start date, and a detailed financial proposal. The initial contract term is one year, with possible one-year renewals for a total term not exceeding eight years.
