Description
NASA Johnson Space Center's White Sands Test Facility requires one 192-channel signal conditioning system to support the Propulsion Test Office at Test Stand 406. The system must meet the facility's data acquisition and signal-conditioning performance requirements, including proprietary go/no-go system calibration, FLAT, PULSE, and Balanced Constant Current technology. The requirement is intended for Precision Filters, Inc. because its proprietary hardware supports continuity with existing equipment, reduces maintenance costs and critical spares, leverages existing training procedures, and maintains personnel certifications. This is a sole-source special notice under FAR Part 12 for a commercial product or service. Interested organizations may submit capabilities and qualifications electronically; responses will be evaluated only to determine whether the acquisition should be competed.
