Submission Instructions
Description
The City of Las Cruces is soliciting bids for a price agreement covering 40 35-foot bolt-down aluminum davit poles with 8-foot single arms and 25 25-foot bolt-down aluminum davit poles with 6-foot single arms. The poles must be supplied without anchor bolts and conform to the referenced B68830 drawing specifications, including the stated aluminum construction and wind and breakaway requirements. Bidders must provide unit and extended pricing, manufacturer brand/model information, and any requested supporting brochures or specifications. Prices are to be FOB Las Cruces, New Mexico, with full freight allowed, firm for one year; annual pass-through price adjustments may be accepted thereafter under the stated conditions. Approved equals may be proposed with sufficient technical documentation. Responses must be submitted through the designated procurement portal, and the solicitation includes optional resident, veteran, and local preference documentation.
