Description

The State of New Mexico General Services Department Facilities Management Division is seeking proposals through competitive negotiations for construction of a new Veterans Cemetery for the New Mexico Department of Veterans Services. The project includes an approximately 2,810-square-foot, single-story building and improvements to a 15-acre site, with the disrupted area under 5 acres. The scope includes extensive site work; construction of columbaria, a committal shelter, and crypt fields; perimeter gates and fencing; a stormwater system; drive aisles with roundabouts; and limited landscaping. The public notice states that the RFP will be available on or about July 18, 2026, through the procurement portal.
