Description
The General Services Administration is soliciting bids for a comprehensive scrap metal collection, removal, and recycling services sale term contract at NASA White Sands Test Facility. The estimated annual quantity is approximately 130 tons of mixed, unsegregated, and unprepared scrap iron and steel, including light and heavy steel, with possible ferrous and nonferrous attachments and other foreign materials. Bids must include completed Appendix A and Standard Form 114 (SF 114), and a $6,000 performance guarantee is required. Pricing is based on a percentage of a published market index. A mandatory pre-bid site inspection is required, and the contractor must provide required insurance documentation before performance. All applicable solicitation amendments must be acknowledged.
