Description
Dona Ana County is soliciting proposals for comprehensive medical, behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, emergency, and ancillary healthcare services for male and female detainees at its adult and juvenile detention facilities. The contractor must provide qualified administrative and clinical professionals and meet applicable county, state, national, and correctional-institution standards. The County anticipates a single-source award but may make a multiple-source award if it determines that doing so is in its best interest. The contract will run from the date of award through December 31, 2027, with three additional one-year renewal options, for a maximum total term of four years. Proposals must acknowledge receipt of Addendum No. 3, which extends the addendum deadline to October 21, 2026, and the proposal submission deadline to October 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time. The solicitation package includes the RFP, three addenda, sample contract sections, Form 1418, historical statistics, and an active-medications file.
