Description
New Mexico State University is soliciting bids for a lot of AMAX computing and networking equipment. The requested items include a 4U dual-socket GPU server with AMD EPYC processing, NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell GPUs, high-speed Ethernet adapters, and SSD storage; two 2U server systems with associated 528 TB SAS storage arrays, processors, memory, network adapters, and SSDs; and a 42U rack with power distribution, managed switching, 100 Gb/s cables, patch cords, and related rack components. The equipment must be new and meet or exceed the stated brand-name specifications. The lot also includes Linux installation, user and password certification, testing and quality burn-in, warranty labeling, original packaging, performance-optimized BIOS configuration, and cluster assembly. Bids must be submitted through the university's Pistol Pete's Bidding System.
