Description
Dona Ana County is soliciting qualifications-based proposals from licensed medical providers for pre-employment and post-offer examinations, annual and periodic occupational examinations, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and related medical testing for Sheriff's deputies, court security and transport officers, detention center officers, firefighters, EMS officers, and other County employees. Required services include physical examinations, laboratory testing, tuberculosis testing, electrocardiograms, chest radiographs when indicated, drug and alcohol testing, audiograms, vision testing, spirometry, occupational exposure analysis, functional capacity evaluations, and reporting of examination results. The scope also includes post-accident, random, return-to-duty, follow-up, and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing; after-hours post-accident services; quarterly random-list generation; medical review officer support; hepatitis B vaccinations and titers; rabies vaccinations; and other negotiated services. Proposals must include a narrative response, detailed cost proposal using the provided cost proposal form, references, required County disclosure and certification forms, key personnel resumes and licenses or certifications, and applicable business registration or preference certifications. The initial contract runs from award through June 30, 2027, with three additional one-year renewal options, for a maximum term of four years.
