Description
The California Department of Social Services seeks two new RISO ComColor GL7430 high-capacity production printers with accessories, including high-capacity feeders and stackers, power cables, OEM consumables, manufacturer-approved controller and interface software, and related service packages. The scope includes delivery to two California DDS locations, installation, network integration, functional testing, and at least two on-site training sessions with printed and electronic training materials. The contractor must provide quarterly preventive maintenance, replacement of worn or defective parts, software and firmware updates, priority repair service with a guaranteed 48-hour on-site response, telephone and email support, remote diagnostics where applicable, and a minimum 12-month warranty covering parts, labor, and on-site service. Assigned personnel must be manufacturer-trained and certified, and the response must include the required offer forms, certifications, cost worksheet, and other listed attachments.
