Description
The State of West Virginia is soliciting bids on behalf of the West Virginia Department of Transportation Information Technology Division for an open-end contract covering HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e all-in-one printers or equal products. The estimated quantity is 100 units, although actual orders may be higher or lower and are not guaranteed. Printers must provide at least 35 pages per minute and print, copy, scan, and fax functionality. Each printer must include at least two years of total onsite warranty coverage with accidental damage protection or better. Standard orders must be delivered within 10 working days, and emergency orders within two working days. The vendor must accept orders through written methods including mail, facsimile, email, or wvOASIS, maintain sufficient inventory, provide quarterly and annual purchasing reports, and designate a contract manager. Award is intended for the vendor offering compliant items at the lowest overall total cost.
