Description
The Southeast Texas Purchasing Cooperative is soliciting proposals from vendors able to provide a broad line of general office supplies and equipment, including pens, writing paper, notebooks, sticky notes, scissors, erasers, staplers, binders, file folders, labels, tape, reference materials, envelopes, toner cartridges, printing supplies, office organization materials, adding machines, and scanners. Comparable products may be offered where applicable, and vendors may also propose related installation, setup, or other incidental services. Vendors must provide a minimum percentage discount from their standard catalog or shelf prices and explain pricing, delivery, freight, shipping, product additions, and any related services. The contract may support indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity purchases made as needed by participating members, with no guaranteed purchase volume. Proposals must include the completed vendor packet, pricing and discount information, required certifications, proof of insurance, and any applicable product or service information.
