Description
Post Office Limited is seeking suppliers to provide new self-service devices for its network and banking hubs, including up to 500 ATMs for cash dispensing and up to 800 multi-function deposit machines for cash and potentially coin handling. The scope includes internal free-standing devices with front or rear servicing, through-the-wall models, and devices capable of multi-function services such as cash recycling. Other associated self-service devices, including kiosks, may also be supplied. Devices may be acquired through outright purchase or alternative commercial models, including leasing. The estimated contract value is £6,000,000 excluding VAT (£7,200,000 including VAT), with pricing weighted at 60%, equipment-supply method statements at 30%, and social-value method statements at 10%. The procurement uses a competitive flexible procedure, and Post Office Limited may down-select bidders and conduct dialogue before inviting final tenders.
