Description
The City of Murrieta is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide ongoing snack and beverage vending services. The selected vendor will furnish, install, operate, maintain, stock, and remove vending machines as needed at five City-affiliated locations: City Hall, Library, Senior Center, Youth Center, and Community Center. The vendor must provide diverse food and beverage offerings, including healthy alternatives, customer-service support, refunds and issue resolution, routine maintenance, reporting, and any required licenses or permits. The City will not bear service costs; proposers must describe pricing, fees, and any proposed revenue-sharing arrangement. Proposals must address organizational experience, licensing and financial capacity, staffing, implementation and transition, service operations, quality assurance, references, service enhancements, compensation, and revenue sharing. The anticipated contract term is three years, with two additional one-year extensions at the City's discretion. Required proposal materials include a cover letter, table of contents, transmittal letter, detailed service and implementation plans, compensation and revenue-sharing information, additional information, the Vending Services Bid Form, vending machine renderings, the vending machine item selection and cost sheet, and the completed vendor application and W-9.
