Description
The Town of Franklin is soliciting sealed bids for FY 2027 fuel supply, consisting of approximately 3,830 gallons of unleaded gasoline, 17,300 gallons of on-road diesel, and 5,800 gallons of propane. Deliveries will be made to four locations, primarily the Town Hall and Town Garage. Bidders must describe their billing policy and ability to accommodate delivery needs in various situations. Each bid must include a non-collusive bidding certificate. The bidder must have been established for at least one year and the submitting representative must be recognized by the company. Applicable state and federal taxes will be excluded from bid pricing, with tax-exemption certificates provided to the successful bidder.
