Description
The Trinity River Authority of Texas is seeking a supplier for gasoline and #2 low-sulfur clear diesel fuel for on-road and off-road vehicles and multiple wastewater-system facilities. Estimated annual quantities include 53,000 gallons of gasoline and 55,174 gallons of diesel fuel. Fuel must meet specified ASTM quality standards, including minimum octane and cetane requirements, and must be delivered within two working days of an order during the stated delivery hours. Bidders must enter pricing in the Procureware pricing tab and upload a signed bid specification form. The submission must include the Texas Resident Bidder Certification, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, applicable Texas statutory verification, and at least three fuel-supply references. The successful bidder must provide safety data sheets, comply with delivery and spill-cleanup requirements, and maintain specified insurance coverage during the contract term.
