Description
The State of Utah Division of Purchasing is soliciting vendors to provide bulk gasoline and diesel fuel under a potential multiple-award contract. Awards will be based on technical and total-score thresholds, and vendors must guarantee pricing for 12 months. Respondents must submit technical-criteria and completed cost-sheet responses and certify that they possess a valid Utah Fuel Tax License, maintain active U.S. Department of Transportation Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration hazardous-materials registration, and can service all fuel sites in each selected subcategory tier. The solicitation also requires extensive vendor, tax, debarment, conflict-of-interest, sanctions, licensing, and regulatory certifications. Optional submissions include confidentiality and redacted-proposal materials, exceptions to contract terms, vendor terms, and explanatory statements when applicable.
