Description
Incline Village General Improvement District is soliciting bids for the as-needed purchase and delivery of unleaded gasoline and red-dyed diesel fuel to District-owned storage tanks and generators. Estimated quantities for evaluation are 5,500 gallons of unleaded gasoline and 25,000 gallons of dyed diesel, although the District does not guarantee minimum purchase quantities or delivery frequency. The vendor must meet applicable fuel, hazardous-material transportation, licensing, and safety requirements; provide certified delivery meter tickets and bills of lading; use appropriately sized bobtail delivery trucks; and deliver within two business days after receiving an order unless otherwise agreed. The resulting agreement is anticipated to have an initial four-year term with two optional one-year renewals. Bids must include the required certifications, business-license documentation, and completed fuel-pricing schedule.
