Description
The City of Dillingham is seeking competitive bids for the supply and delivery of No. 1 and No. 2 heating diesel, unleaded gasoline, and propane. Estimated quantities are 43,000 gallons of No. 1 heating/diesel, 18,000 gallons of No. 2 heating/diesel, 12,000 gallons of unleaded gasoline, 215 gallons of delivered propane, and 85 gallons of propane dispensed at the bidder’s pump. Bidders may submit prices for one or more fuel types, and the City may award all or part of its requirements to the lowest bidder for diesel, gasoline, or propane. The contractor must deliver fuel to approximately 24 City facilities under keep-full or requested-delivery arrangements, monitor tanks at specified intervals, and fulfill approved delivery requests within four hours. Gasoline will be self-served by authorized City personnel from the bidder’s pump. The initial contract period is November 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with an option for a consecutive one-year extension at existing bid rates. Estimated volumes may vary by 20 percent, and bidders must complete Attachments A, B, and C.
