Description
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Watercraft, is soliciting a supplier for high-octane, ethanol-free gasoline for Caesar Creek State Park. The initial contract term is November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2028. Deliveries must generally occur within two business days after an order, Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., with delivery documentation and pre- or post-delivery tank readings provided. Fuel must meet applicable industry specifications and contain no waste products or impurities. Pricing will use the daily Columbus, Ohio, OPIS wholesale rack average plus the bidder's delivered cost differential and applicable taxes. Bidders must demonstrate distribution facilities, delivery capability, a permanent place of business, adequate equipment and transportation, and suitable financial capacity. Any delivery subcontractors must be identified and provide supporting capability documentation. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the low lot total.
