Description
The State of Ohio is soliciting bids for bulk fuel supply in Districts 5 and 10. Required products include unleaded ethanol-blended gasoline in 87- and 89-octane grades; No. 2 diesel, both clear and dyed; premium diesel, both clear and dyed; and No. 1 fuel oil. Fuels will support state and cooperative-member vehicles, equipment, and facility heating. The solicitation includes standard and large-quantity order pricing, with estimated usage listed for each district. Bidders must provide fuel samples before the closing date, submit a current certificate of insurance, provide licenses, registrations, and permits demonstrating licensed fuel-dealer and/or refiner status, document transport capability, and complete the Large Quantity Order Delivery Maximum Gallons and Demurrage Hours form. The opportunity is an MBE set-aside and requires submission through the OhioBuys Supplier Portal.
