Description
The Oregon Department of Veterans' Affairs is soliciting bids for construction services to replace the HVAC system at the Lebanon Veterans Home. The project is a public improvement subject to applicable Oregon public-improvement, Buy America, apprenticeship, and related state requirements. A mandatory in-person pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 7, 2026, at the project site. Bidders or authorized representatives must attend the entire conference for their bids to remain responsive. Bids are due October 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
