Description
The Municipality of Leamington is seeking experienced, qualified firms or individuals to provide Hearing Officer Services. The hearing officer will review decisions made by Screening Officers concerning municipal by-law penalties issued under the Municipality’s Administrative Penalty System. The contract term is one year, with the possibility of renewal upon mutual agreement. This is a re-issued procurement following cancellation of the previous solicitation; proposals submitted under the prior solicitation may be considered only upon contact with the Municipality’s Procurement Specialist.
