Description
Stafford Township is soliciting proposals for calendar-year 2027 attorney and related legal counsel services. The opportunity may be awarded by item or category, allowing multiple vendors, and covers positions including Township Attorney, Water and Sewer Department Attorney, Special Counsel, Affordable Housing Counsel, Labor Counsel, Conflict Counsel, and counsel for redevelopment projects. Proposals must identify the positions sought and assigned attorneys; describe professional experience, ability to perform timely, support staff, licenses, education, potential conflicts, affirmative-action information, and references; and provide detailed hourly rates for all potentially assigned staff and additional charges. The submission also requires the completed online bid table, signed statutory and vendor forms, business registration documentation, insurance documentation, and other required certifications. The contract term is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027.
