Description
City Schools of Decatur is soliciting proposals from qualified attorneys and law firms to provide comprehensive legal services for both the Board of Education and district administrative operations. The addendum revises the intended award to a single firm rather than separate firms for different service categories. The pricing proposal must provide hourly rates by attorney and paralegal classification, proposed blended or flat rates, retainers, minimum billing increments, travel charges, reimbursable expenses, litigation-related charges, training rates, and other fees. Proposals must include one original, six printed copies, and one electronic copy submitted through the district-designated electronic procurement platform; the printed proposal package must be sealed and pricing materials must be separately sealed.
