Description
The Gloucester County Improvement Authority is seeking one or more qualified individuals or firms to serve as co-solicitor and provide legal services and other specialized legal services. The scope includes general public matters, all Authority matters, legal services related to the issuance of long-term obligations, attendance at board and other meetings, interaction with governmental agencies, and other specialized legal services requested by Authority clients. The selected provider will report to the Solicitor and must demonstrate experience with government agencies. The cost proposal must include any proposed retainer, the services covered by the retainer, and hourly billing rates. Travel expenses will not be reimbursed. Supplemental information may be requested, and an interview may be required.
