Description
Windsor Essex Community Housing Corporation is seeking proposals for portfolio-wide laundry concession services at its properties throughout Windsor and Essex County. The selected contractor will supply, install, own, operate, maintain, repair, and replace laundry equipment and associated payment systems. The corporation intends to award one contract covering the full portfolio. The service is expected to be reliable, affordable, efficient, and responsive to tenant needs while providing overall value to the corporation.
