Description
The Township of Hamilton is soliciting proposals from individuals or firms to serve as alternate municipal prosecutor for a 12-month contract running from January 1 through December 31, 2027. The Township may award contracts to multiple qualified professionals through a fair and open process. Respondents must submit a proposal addressing qualifications, firm and personnel experience, professional certifications, understanding of the requested work, servicing-office location, availability for public and special meetings, compensation and fee schedules, professional disciplinary actions, conflicts of interest, and similar engagements. At least three references for similar projects or contracts are required, including at least two municipalities, with contact information. Required statutory and compliance submissions include ownership disclosure, addenda acknowledgment, insurance acknowledgment, non-collusion affidavit, New Jersey business registration certificate, affirmative-action compliance notice, Iran disclosure, Russia-Belarus certification, and W-9.
