Description
The Montana Public Service Commission, through the Department of Public Service Regulation and the Department of Administration's State Procurement Services Division, is considering awarding a sole-source contract to Boone Karlberg P.C. for legal services. The scope is specifically legal defense in state and federal court actions brought by Brad Molnar against the Commission. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
