Description
Stafford Township is soliciting proposals for calendar-year 2027 municipal court professional services. The available service categories include Township Prosecutor, Conflict Prosecutor, Township Public Defender, and Conflict Public Defender. Prosecutor and public defender positions may involve annual appointments or per-session services, including in-person and virtual sessions; the public defender scope may also include bail review sessions in Ocean County Superior Court.
