Ohio University is seeking a contractor to provide third-party administrator and benefits administration services for its self-insured medical program. The scope includes medical administrative-services-only administration and may include optional administration of flexible spending accounts, dependent care and limited-purpose flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, and dental plans. Services include claims administration, provider networks, clinical management, participant and member support, reporting, technology, compliance support, implementation, account management, and performance guarantees. Respondents proposing FSA, HSA, medical ASO, or dental administration services must complete the applicable questionnaire in its entirety and include it with the proposal. The solicitation also includes a pricing workbook, plan and account data, current plan portfolios, and a data-use agreement governing access to confidential or restricted data files. Any exceptions to the example agreement must be identified in the proposal.
