Description
The Treasury Common Services Center, on behalf of the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, has an ongoing need for LexisNexis+ with Protege, a commercially available subscription providing secure AI-assisted legal research, conversational search, drafting, summarization, and document analysis. The Government is seeking objective technical evidence that a proposed product meets all required characteristics; general marketing materials, unsupported equivalency claims, partial capabilities, custom development, planned enhancements, and alternative approaches requiring modified requirements will not be accepted. Responses must include company and contact information, business size and socioeconomic category, availability through a government contract vehicle or the open market, a narrative demonstrating compliance with every minimum requirement, a capabilities statement of no more than five pages describing the company's standard line of business and current customers, the vendor's UEI number, and product specifications or other supporting technical documentation. Pricing is not requested or evaluated. This is a special notice and not a competitive solicitation; any resulting solicitation would require a separate response.
