Description
The West Virginia School for Diversion and Transition is seeking a one-time purchase for its career and technical education program consisting of five new Meta Quest 3S virtual reality headsets, or equal products meeting specified technical requirements. Each headset must include controllers, wrist straps, charging cable, power adapter, glasses spacer, integrated speakers and microphone, and minimum processor, memory, storage, display, refresh-rate, brightness, and field-of-view specifications. The purchase also includes a five-year Meta-approved ManageXR mobile-device-management solution; Transfr in-person professional learning delivered on site for up to 20 participants and six hours; five years of Transfr All Access Content containing more than 300 workforce-skills simulations; and five years of Transfr Trek career-exploration simulations. Equipment must be new, and vendors proposing alternatives must identify the alternate brand or part numbers and provide documentation demonstrating equivalence. The award is intended for the lowest-priced bid meeting the specifications. Delivery is required within 15 calendar days after receipt of a purchase order, with standard delivery included in the bid price.
