The U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Southern District of Iowa intends to procure therapeutic community treatment services for federal defendants and people under supervision through a Blanket Purchase Agreement. The initial period runs from December 15, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with four additional 12-month extension options. Interested offerors are asked to submit a letter of interest identifying their organization and contact details. They must be able to provide services within the catchment area with a facility available for use, provide services through professionals meeting the required experience and criteria, and offer prices no higher than those charged to their most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions. The RFP is expected to be posted on or after November 13, 2026.
