Description
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services Fleet Services is soliciting bids for one compact four-door, front-wheel-drive sedan and one mid-size four-door, front-wheel-drive sedan, each seating five passengers. Nissan Sentra and Nissan Altima models are specified, with equivalent vehicles allowed, provided they meet or exceed the attached vehicle specifications. The specifications include required equipment and features, with additional options priced separately. Bidders must be car dealerships with a physical location in Iowa and must complete and submit the vehicle specification worksheets and the required RFB Criteria responses. Pricing must include delivery to the agency’s fleet facility; the worksheet also requests a per-mile delivery price for delivery elsewhere in Iowa. The contract begins upon award, expires September 30, 2028, and may be renewed by mutual agreement for up to three years.
