Description
The City seeks bids establishing standard rates for a broad range of residential repair and improvement work, including roofing, gutters, siding, soffits and fascia, painting, windows and doors, drywall, concrete, masonry, foundations, decks, plumbing, electrical, interior repairs, demolition, landscaping, moving, HVAC, and environmental remediation. Bidders may submit rates for the service categories they offer; the City will invite qualified awarded contractors to quote individual projects as they arise. The solicitation anticipates multiple awards and does not guarantee a minimum amount of work. The initial contract term runs through December 31, 2027, with up to five additional one-year terms by mutual written agreement. Bidders must submit applicable contractor registrations, licenses, certifications, and an insurance carrier form through the electronic bidding system. Three client references are requested, and the bid includes an equipment list upload when applicable.
