Description
The Maryland Judiciary, through the Administrative Office of the Courts, is seeking a contractor to provide transitional housing for participants in the Baltimore City Adult Recovery Court Program. The contractor must be a Maryland Certification of Recovery Residences-certified recovery residence located within Baltimore City or within five miles of the city limits with access to public transportation. The anticipated usage is approximately 500 participant-days annually, with no guaranteed minimum usage, and the daily rate may not exceed $54 per participant-day. Preferred services include private or shared rooms with utilities, linens, onsite laundry, three meals per day including one hot meal, 24/7 onsite staffing, supportive services, assistance locating permanent housing, and onsite or coordinated offsite treatment services. The contractor must provide participant-status reporting, manage authorized placements and discharges, and comply with applicable accessibility, nondiscrimination, security, and confidentiality requirements. Proposals must include a technical response and work plan, bidder profile, experience references, sample menu, completed pricing form, W-9, transmittal letter, executive summary, and any applicable confidentiality claims.
