Wirral Council seeks an Appropriate Place of Care (APoC) residential and therapeutic provision for children and young people across Cheshire and Merseyside. The service is intended for individuals with complex and overlapping needs, including those at risk of hospital admission or subject to, or at risk of, Deprivation of Liberty.
