Description
Polk County Conservation Board is soliciting bids from a qualified manufacturer and installer for a complete synthetic snow sliding surface system at the Bunny Hill at Sleepy Hollow Sports Park. The scope includes supplier design services, manufacture, material supply, delivery, product documentation, surface installation and construction, and construction-period technical support and coordination. Site preparation, grading, drainage improvements, utility construction, erosion control, subbase installation labor, and site restoration are generally excluded and will be performed by others unless otherwise specified. The bidder must provide a lump-sum bid covering the synthetic snow sliding surface supplier package, delivery, synthetic surface construction, and construction administration or onsite technical support. A performance bond equal to 100% of the contract amount is required from the awarded contractor, and the solicitation includes specified insurance requirements.
