Description
The Housing Department of the Seminole Tribe of Florida is requesting bids from qualified contractors to provide fence installation services at the Big Cypress Reservation. The scope includes demolition and disposal of existing fencing; installation of hog-wire and woven-wire fencing; sliding and return gates; gate hardware and fabrication; associated concrete and site work; cleanup; and all required labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and inspections. The solicitation requires electronic bid submission and identifies the Schedule of Values, Proposed Subcontractor List, Drug-Free Workplace Form, Project Schedule, and Acknowledgment of Receipt of Addenda as required submission items. The mandatory pre-bid conference is required for eligibility to receive an award. Contractors must meet the stated licensing, experience, insurance, subcontractor-approval, and project-schedule requirements.
