Description
The State of North Carolina, through its Department of Information Technology, is soliciting offers for maintenance and support of its existing Rocket Software products: Rocket Zebb for z/OS, Rocket OASIS/DMS for z/OS, and Rocket Zeke Scheduling for z/OS, each licensed at 5,170 MIPS. The support must preserve compatibility, functionality, operational capabilities, scalability, performance, automated scheduling, event processing, resource management, and continuous 24/7 mainframe operations. The solicitation requests a three-year contract beginning July 1, 2027, with two optional one-year extensions. Vendors must submit pricing for each of the first three years and optional fourth and fifth years. The response must include the signed execution page and solicitation in one PDF, the required vendor utilization disclosure statement, and a completed Vendor Readiness Assessment Report for state-hosted solutions. Vendors must also address solution roadmap, identity and access management, integration, disaster recovery, data migration, application management, accessibility, and related technical capabilities. Resellers are permitted if approved by the State before orders are placed.
