Description

Goodbuy Purchasing Cooperative is establishing catalog-discount and hourly or per-job rate contracts for computer hardware, peripherals, networking equipment, and related repair and service. Vendors may submit catalogs or price lists with applicable discounts, describe the services offered, and provide hourly or per-job rates. The solicitation includes separate supply and service bid lines, and vendors may bid on any or all items. The resulting contract is scheduled to run from March 1, 2027, through February 28, 2028, with a possible mutually agreed one-year renewal. Awarded vendors must support purchases by participating members, honor submitted pricing, and comply with the cooperative’s terms, including a 2% participation fee on invoiced member sales. The response requires completion of the cooperative’s online bid fields and submission of the specified certifications, forms, regional service information, catalogs or price lists, and applicable pricing information.
