Description
The Texas Department of Agriculture is soliciting offers for comprehensive Intranet Quorum (IQ) support services and software maintenance to maintain its existing implementation. The requested scope includes six IQ Project Manager/Supervisor licenses, 20 IQ Engineering Support licenses, 16 IQ Enterprise Support licenses, and a one-year IQ Software Maintenance Annual Upgrade Subscription. The selected contractor must provide project management, support-request response and issue resolution, reporting, planning meetings, deliverables, security compliance, and a draft project plan addressing organization, deliverables, dependencies, schedule, risks, and methodology. The response must include a narrative proposal, cost proposal, required state forms and certifications, three relevant references from the past three years, a VetHUB subcontracting plan, accessibility documentation or capability information, and other required exhibits. The initial contract period is scheduled for March 1, 2027, through February 29, 2028, with up to three additional one-year renewal periods.
