Description
The Town of Apex is requesting Statements of Qualifications from engineering firms or consultant teams licensed to provide professional engineering services in North Carolina for replacement of the ultraviolet disinfection system at the Apex Water Reclamation Facility. The anticipated scope includes preliminary engineering, competitive UV equipment preselection, final design, permitting, bidding assistance, construction administration and observation, startup, and project closeout. The Town intends to select one consultant, may authorize services in phases, and reserves the right to contract separately for portions of the work. Final scope, schedule, deliverables, and compensation will be established during contract negotiations. The submission must be no more than 20 pages, include at least three relevant projects completed within the past 10 years with owner references, and include the completed and signed Execution of Statement of Qualifications form as its final page. No professional services fee or hourly rate schedule should be included.
