Description
The New York State Thruway Authority is soliciting sealed bids for rehabilitation of the wastewater treatment plant at the Port Byron Service Area on I-90, Milepost 310.0 eastbound, in Cayuga County. Work must be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications and is identified as Contract TAS 26-28A / D215118. Bids must be secured with either a 5% bid bond on Authority Bid Bond Form TA-44117 or a $200,000 certified or cashier's check bid deposit. The solicitation includes SDVOB, MBE, and WBE participation goals. Contractors are responsible for producing their own hard copies of plans and proposals after award.
